The KIMGUARD KC100 QUICK CHECK WRAP, 30" x 30", is a dual-layer sterilization wrap designed to enhance visual inspection and streamline the wrapping process. It features bonded white and blue layers, enabling fast and reliable detection of breaches or contaminants during tray handling. This quick-check configuration improves efficiency and safety in sterile processing environments.

Constructed from recyclable #5 polypropylene fabric, this wrap offers a sustainable option without compromising performance. The KC100 grade is optimized for lightweight applications, including light linen packs, gowns, towels, and small basins, supporting tray weights ranging from 0 to 3 lbs. The material ensures consistent flexibility and strength, maintaining integrity during folding, storage, and sterilization cycles.

The wrap incorporates patented Powerguard technology, delivering a superior microbial barrier while maintaining breathability. It is validated for use in a wide range of sterilization modalities, including pre-vacuum steam, ethylene oxide (EO), hydrogen peroxide gas plasma (STERRAD® systems), and vaporized hydrogen peroxide (STERIS V-PRO® systems).
